Cancellation Policy
After a buyer made a decision to purchase any of the products and the order confirmation has been made. The production process will be made right after then. In case of cancellation of any product, a buyer will be charged 20% from the full price of the product.

Return Policy
After the product is delivered and a buyer would like to return in any cases. We are willing to receive it back; however, a buyer will be charged 20% from the full price. Besides, the product needs to be in the same condition when received including a buyer needs to be responsible for the shipping cost EXCEPT when the product has been broken during transit procedure, we’ll be taking a responsibility for a new product as well as shipping cost.

Address Changed or No Recipient
In case of changing of address and a buyer do not inform the seller in advance or there is none of the recipient for the parcel. In case that the parcel is made return to the seller, a buyer needs to be responsible for the shipping cost if a buyer would like a seller to resend the parcel again.
